JnJ uses a variety of postage methods to give you the best value and fastest service for your needs.

Above 20kg will be determined and emailed once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.
Handling (Aust Post)
Sunday: Order before 8am - shipped Monday. Order after 8am - shipped Tuesday.
Monday: Order before 8am - shipped Monday. Order after 8am - shipped Tuesday.
Tuesday: Order before 8am - shipped Tuesday. Order after 8am - shipped Thursday.
Australia Post does NOT pick up from us on Wednesdays.
Wednesday: Order before 8am - shipped Thursday. Order after 8am - shipped Thursday.
Thursday: Order before 8am - shipped Thursday. Order after 8am - shipped Friday.
Friday: Order before 8am - shipped Monday. Order after 8am - shipped Monday.
Saturday: Order before 8am - shipped Monday. Order after 8am - shipped Monday.
Our working week is Sunday - Thursday. Orders are not processed on Fridays or Saturdays.
*PLEASE NOTE - We are a small team that manufacture large amounts daily to get the best, freshest liquid out to you ASAP! In periods of high demand there may be a short wait on your order so if you need your goods by a certain date, please make contact first to ensure you will receive your order in time.

Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order in metro areas; per Australia Post shipping times unless you have selected express shipping. Australia Post guarantees next day delivery with the express shipping network in eligible postcodes.
Please note that the JnJ warehouse is not in an guaranteed express shipping zone, which means express postage orders are not guaranteed for next day delivery, even if you are in the guaranteed express shipping zone.
Please understand that Australia Post sometimes experience delays and this is well out of our control. We don't own the Australia Post.
Handling (Courier)
Courier delivery is ROAD freight and has very similar delivery times to Aust Post STANDARD - in some cases, even longer.
If your order is more than 5kg and you need speedy delivery, please contact me so I can organise a quote for express courier services.
The courier service used by JnJ is morning pick up only. Your order will be shipped out the following morning of your order being placed.
This means:
Orders will be picked up by the courier generally 24 business hours after your order has been packed and is ready to go. These types of delivery typically take longer than Australia Post, and we will use Australia Post by preference where we can.
Please note:
From time to time, JnJ can become extremely busy. You won't always know about this, but we do try our hardest to keep customers informed.
In these times, orders will be delayed.
Please allow 48 (business) hours to receive an email of shipment notification. We are generally very, very busy during these times and cannot answer emails requesting information on where your order is unless at least 48 (business) hours have passed.
We do deeply appreciate your patience and understanding and we know that without your patience and understanding, we wouldn't have a job!
Authority to Leave
There are options at the checkout to select signature on delivery and this is charged at $1.00 - significantly less than Aust Post charge us for it.
JnJ will not be held responsible if parcels are left or safe dropped and cannot be located by the receiver if you have not selected signature on delivery.
Your order will not be replaced if this is the case.
Your tracking number will be entered into your order on the day it gets posted out.

Pick Up
Pick up is from a residential home in Kallangur, QLD and is by appointment.
Once your order is ready, you will get a pick up notification via email to organise pick up and collect the address.
Your order will be held for pick up for 3 months from the date the order was placed and you will receive 3 email reminders. If your order is not picked up within this time, your order will be forfeited with no refund.
